Is this solid gold?
Yes. Every piece is solid gold at the stated karat, not gold-plated or gold-filled.
How can your prices be so much lower than the jewelry store near me?
Traditional jewelry retail applies a 2–3× markup on top of wholesale to cover rent, sales commissions, display cases, and inventory carrying costs. We don't have any of that. We mark up as little as possible and sell direct.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Each listing shows its own production timeline. Once shipped, orders travel via UPS Ground — typically 5 business days. The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout based on the items in your order.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $24.95 per order, regardless of how many items you buy. That covers UPS Ground shipping, full insurance on the package, and adult signature confirmation on delivery.
Do you offer returns?
No. In retail, a small fraction of customers — roughly 10% — account for the vast majority of returns, and the cost of that gets spread across everyone else in the form of higher prices. We'd rather keep prices low for the 90% than build a return cushion into every order. Please use our ring-sizing guide and double-check your selection before ordering — all sales are final.
Why do your prices change?
Because gold's price changes. Our margin is fixed; the underlying metal isn't. If gold drops tomorrow, so do our prices.
