Shipping Policy
How your piece gets to you.

1. Where we ship
Fairgold ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally, to freight forwarders, or to PO boxes.
2. Timelines
Each listing shows the number of business days required to produce and prepare that piece for shipment. Once shipped, orders travel via UPS Ground, which typically takes five business days in transit. Your estimated delivery date is calculated and shown at checkout based on the items in your order.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees — weather, carrier delays, and other events outside our control can extend delivery.
3. Cost
Shipping is a flat $24.95 per order, regardless of how many items you buy. This covers UPS Ground shipping, full insurance on the package, and adult signature confirmation on delivery.
4. Carrier & signature required
All orders ship via UPS Ground. Because of the value of the pieces we ship, every delivery requires an adult signature. Please ensure someone will be available at the shipping address during the delivery window. If no one is available, UPS will attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup at a UPS Access Point according to their policies.
5. Address accuracy
Please double-check the shipping address you provide at checkout. We ship to the address you submit. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, we may charge a reshipment fee to send it again.
6. Risk of loss
Risk of loss and title pass to you on delivery. Until delivery, the package is covered by our shipping insurance; if it is lost or damaged in transit we will work with the carrier to resolve it, as described in our Returns Policy. After the package is delivered, responsibility for it rests with you.
7. Packaging
Orders are shipped in discreet packaging that does not identify the contents from the outside.
8. Tracking
Once your order ships we will email you tracking information. You can also find tracking details in your account under order history.
